W Financial has provided a $4,650,000 first mortgage bridge loan for the acquisition of a 70,000 square foot retail and office building in Washington, D.C. The borrower purchased the property through an auction, and therefore needed capital within a short time frame. The borrower plans to refinance the W Financial loan with a conventional mortgage, upon the property’s stabilization.
