ATLANTA, FORT PIERCE, AND CORAL SPRINGS

W Financial has provided a $10,300,000 first mortgage bridge loan collateralized by three separate, stand-alone properties. The portfolio includes a Regions Bank branch in Atlanta, Georgia, a 7-Eleven in Coral Springs, Florida and an SQRL location in Fort Pierce, Florida. All three tenants recently signed long-term leases and two of the tenants are credit-rated. The borrower plans to refinance W’s bridge loan with conventional financing.
