W Financial has provided a $14,100,000 first mortgage bridge loan secured by two recently constructed and fully occupied buildings in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx, New York. The first is a 21-unit mixed-use building located on Bruckner Boulevard, and the second is a 22-unit multifamily building located on East 135th Street. The loan proceeds were used to refinance an existing construction loan and the borrower plans to refinance the W Financial loan with conventional financing.
