W’s first mortgage loan is secured by a garden style, three-story, multifamily property situated on 6.8 acres on Tate Springs Road in Lynchburg, Virginia. The borrower needed to close expeditiously on the six-building, 124-unit garden apartment complex and plans to refinance W’s loan upon stabilization of the property.
