W Financial provided $3,000,000 bridge loan to refinance a three-story, eight-building, 192-unit multifamily property which is located on West Rich Street in Columbus, Ohio. The property had historically been mismanaged/undermanaged, and the current owner has made improvements and turned around the property’s performance buildings. He has been renovating apartments and achieving higher rents and is now nearing full occupancy they are almost fully occupied. We expect that W Financial’s bridge loan will be repaid with a conventional loan once the property has been is fully stabilized.
