W Financial has provided a $2,500,000 first mortgage bridge loan secured by the 16 remaining units in a new 41-unit condominium development on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. W’s bridge loan refinanced a maturing construction loan and provided some funds to pay for final work on the building.
