W Financial has provided a $10,300,000 first mortgage bridge loan secured by two multifamily properties totaling 132 apartments. The recently built properties feature a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. Our borrower had an expiring 1031 tax-free exchange deadline and needed to close quickly.

The buildings are near full occupancy and W Financial will most likely be refinanced with an agency (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) loan in the near future.
